When you see a fitness professional the you often do a number of things: Body fat tests, Movement screens, Bench press tests, VO2 Max assessments, etc. Each assessment is valuable for designing an exercise program and measuring progress.

None these tests can provide a clear picture of someones internal health. Without measuring and managing internal health, it’s possible a client will never reach his or her full potential.
