Today I just want to share a recipe.
Tis the season to be wanting a stodgy hearty warm bowl of something in the morning. That is if you are leaving in the northern hemisphere and waking up in the dark and cold.
Now remember I am still all about eating during light cycles, doing fasted state training and intermittent fasting. So breakfast is still NOT the most important meal of the day, in my opinion.
However, there is a time and a place for everything. I have written all about Fasted State Training already and intermittment fasting. Have a look back on that post if you want more info.
What I will say and have always said is that you don’t need to do it all the time. Then there is always context scenario’s…. like if you are a full time training athlete… having done a hard block of training for several days… then having a breakfast is important. Read more here…
